Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out how the proxies you buy from ProxyDock may and may not be used. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and you accept it at sign-up and at every checkout. You are responsible for all traffic sent through your proxies, including by anyone you share them with.

Permitted uses

Lawful activities such as price, SEO and brand monitoring; ad verification; testing websites and apps from other countries; managing accounts you own or are authorised to manage; collecting publicly available, non-personal data in line with the target site's terms and the law; and protecting your privacy.

Prohibited uses

• Anything illegal in the country where you are, where the proxy is, or where the target is.
• Fraud of any kind, including payment or card fraud, account takeover, identity theft, phishing and impersonation.
• Unsolicited bulk messages (spam) by email, messenger, social networks, SMS or comments, and sending bulk email through the proxies at all.
• Ad fraud, click or install fraud, fake reviews, fake followers or other fake engagement.
• Creating accounts in bulk, or evading a platform's bans, limits or verification — including multi-accounting and bonus or promotion abuse on gambling, betting or trading sites.
• Ticket or limited-release purchasing bots (scalping).
• Testing, validating or using payment cards or account credentials that are not yours.
• Getting around the geographic licensing or age restrictions of gambling, financial or streaming services.
• Unauthorised access to systems or accounts, credential stuffing, brute-forcing passwords, or scanning networks you are not authorised to test.
• Denial-of-service attacks or any traffic intended to disrupt a service.
• Distributing or controlling malware, botnets or ransomware.
• Collecting personal data without a lawful basis, or scraping in breach of the target site's access controls.
• Infringing copyright, trademarks or other rights, including distributing pirated content.
• Material that sexually exploits children, promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or incites violence or hatred.
• Getting around sanctions, including giving access to anyone in a sanctioned country or on a sanctions list.
• Reselling our proxies as part of a service that breaches this policy.

Reselling our proxies is allowed only with our written approval and under an equivalent policy. We may ask you to describe your use case before or after delivery.

Abuse reports and enforcement

When we receive a credible abuse report or find a breach, we may suspend the affected proxies immediately and without notice, ask you for an explanation, and close the account. Proxies suspended for abuse are not refunded. We cooperate with law enforcement and may disclose account and order details where the law requires it.

Reporting abuse

To report abuse coming from one of our addresses, email support@proxydockstore.com with the IP address, the time (with time zone) and a description or log extract. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours.
