Privacy Policy

NOVATORA MARKETPLACE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17451698, with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom is the data controller for personal data collected through ProxyDock. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, a salted hash of your password, and when you accepted our Terms.
• Orders and payments: what you bought, amounts, the proxy credentials we issued and the references our payment processor returns. Card details are entered on the processor's secure page; we never receive or store your full card number or CVV.
• Security and sanctions compliance: IP address, browser details and timestamps, used to protect accounts, prevent fraud, and check at sign-up and checkout that you are not in a sanctioned country. The country is looked up on our own servers using the DB-IP database; your IP address is not sent to anyone for this.
• Abuse handling: abuse reports about your proxies and our correspondence about them.
• Verification: identity or proof-of-address documents, only if we ask for them under our AML & KYC Policy.

Traffic through your proxies

We do not inspect, record or sell the content of the traffic you send through your proxies. The infrastructure providers that run the servers may keep connection metadata (such as timestamps, source addresses and data volumes) for network operation and abuse handling, and we may use it to investigate a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or when the law requires it.

Why we use it

To create your account and deliver what you buy (performance of a contract); to keep accounting records and meet anti-money-laundering, sanctions and tax duties (legal obligation); and to prevent fraud and abuse, secure the service and handle disputes (legitimate interests). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

• Our payment service provider, to process and verify payments and refunds.
• The infrastructure providers that issue and run your proxies, which receive only what is needed to provision them (no card data).
• Our hosting providers, which store data on our behalf.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Some providers are located outside the UK. Where data leaves the UK we rely on adequacy decisions or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. Order, payment and verification records are kept for 6 years after the transaction to meet UK accounting and anti-money-laundering rules, then deleted.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and country flags from flagcdn.com; those services receive your IP address to deliver them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email support@proxydockstore.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
