Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ProxyDock and every purchase you make on it. The service is operated by NOVATORA MARKETPLACE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17451698, with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom ("NOVATORA MARKETPLACE LTD", "we", "us"). ProxyDock is a trading name of NOVATORA MARKETPLACE LTD. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Delivery Policy.

1. What we sell

We sell time-limited access to private proxy servers hosted in data centres ("proxies"): dedicated IPv4 addresses and IPv6 addresses in the country you choose, for the period shown on the product page. For each proxy you receive a host, a port, a login and a password. Proxies are issued for HTTP(S); on request, support switches a proxy to SOCKS5. The product page states the type, country, period and price before you buy. NOVATORA MARKETPLACE LTD is the seller and merchant of record for every order; the servers are operated for us by upstream infrastructure providers. We do not sell residential or mobile proxies, accounts, software licences, balance top-ups or anything that can be exchanged for cash.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you buy for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

3. Sanctions and restricted countries

As a matter of policy we do not serve customers located in or resident in the following countries and regions: Afghanistan, Belarus, the Central African Republic, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela and Yemen, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine. We do not offer proxies located in those countries. We block sign-up and checkout from IP addresses we locate in those countries, and we refuse or reverse any order we find to be connected to them. We do not deal with persons on the UK Sanctions List or the US OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list and check customers against them when we carry out verification. Using a VPN or proxy to get around these restrictions is a breach of these terms and ends the service without a refund.

4. Your account

You sign in with an email address and password and are responsible for keeping them secure. One person or business may hold one account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering or breaches of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are the total you pay: we add no card surcharges or payment fees, and your card is charged in USD. You are never charged more than the total shown at checkout. You pay by Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card on our payment service provider's secure page; your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3-D Secure. We never see or store your full card number. Your bank may apply its own foreign-exchange or cross-border fees. Card payments appear on your statement as PROXYDOCKSTORE.COM. 6. No subscription, no automatic renewal

Each order is a single payment for a fixed period. We never charge your card again and nothing renews automatically. When the period ends the proxy stops working; to keep using a location you place a new order.

7. Delivery and service period

After the payment is confirmed we issue the proxies and show the credentials on your order page, usually within a minute. The service period starts when the credentials are issued. Details are in the Delivery Policy.

8. Cancellation and refunds

If an order cannot be delivered, the full amount is refunded to the card you paid with, automatically. If a proxy does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, we refund it. Consumers in the UK and EU also have a 14-day right to cancel; because the service starts immediately at your request, a cancellation refunds the unused part of the period. 9. Acceptable use

You may use the proxies only for lawful purposes and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. It forbids, among other things, spam, fraud, attacks on networks, credential stuffing, unauthorised access, distributing malware, infringing others' rights and anything illegal where you or the target are. You are responsible for all traffic sent through your proxies. We may suspend proxies and close the account, without a refund, when we find a breach or receive a credible abuse report, and we cooperate with law enforcement.

10. Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first at support@proxydockstore.com — we answer within 24 hours and resolve most issues within 2 business days, usually faster than a bank dispute. You can always dispute a charge with your bank; we will share the order and delivery record with it, and may suspend the account while the dispute is open.

11. Verification

We may ask for identity documents under our AML & KYC Policy and may refuse, suspend or reverse orders that fail those checks.

12. Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee that a proxy works with every website: third-party sites may block data-centre addresses, and that is not a defect. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses, for how third-party websites treat your traffic, or for events outside our reasonable control.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the version shown when you place an order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have in the country where you live.
