Spam, fraud, attacks, credential stuffing, unauthorised scraping of personal data and anything illegal are forbidden — see the Acceptable Use Policy. Abuse ends the service without a refund.

Tell us, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, and we fix or replace it; if we cannot, we refund that proxy to your card. If an order cannot be delivered at all, the full amount goes back to your card automatically. Your statutory rights are not affected.
